How can I place an order?
Orders can be placed over the internet, or over the phone. You can also visit our shop and purchase items in person.
How can I pay for goods?
We accept payment through PayPal. You don't need a Paypal account to make a payment using Paypal, and you can make credit / debit card payments using Paypal.
How will my goods be dispatched and delivered?
All orders received Monday - Friday will be dispatched within 1 working day.
All items will be sent via Royal Mail second class unless you specify you would like them sent 1st class for an additional fee. All items worth more than £50.00 will be sent recorded delivery. International items will be shipped by standard Airmail items over £40 will be sent via Airsure. Orders that have been requested to be sent next day delivery will be sent by Royal Special Delivery - Next Day
Do you accept returns?
Yes we accept returns but you must contact us my email or phone first to authorise this. You must contact us within 1 week of receiving the item to be able to return it. Unwanted goods for exchange or refunds must be returned unused, in the original condition and in the original packaging for resale within 28 days of delivery. You are responsible for the safe return of the goods and all costs. A refund for returned items can take up to 21 days.

What is Vintage Clothing?
Vintage Clothing is any clothing that is 20 years old or older.
What condition is the Vintage Clothing in?
As all vintage clothing is at least 20 years old it has usually been worn and as such will show such signs of wear. We state the condition of an item on each listing so please make sure you read this and are happy with this before purchasing the item. Please be aware that we are only human and will state all flaws that we can see, but some flaws are so small that they are hard to spot, it is very rare to find Vintage Clothing in perfect condition. The signs of wear are part of the charm of Vintage and the history of the item.
Do you have a shop that we can visit?
We do have a shop , located in the small market town of Dronfield on the outskirts of Sheffield. You are more than welcome to visit but please give us a call or email beforehand so we can make sure we are open for you.
